Dec. 21st, 2014 10:12 amsooha here is a mind-reader, plain and simple. no telepathy, no magic empathic powers, just straight up thought-jacker. when he can see a person's eyes he can read what they're thinking, and this can range from current inane things like how much they wish they were eating, to full blown trips down memory lane, making him able to see straight into a person's past if they happen to be thinking about it.
there are stipulations of course, and it doesn't work through photo or video, and it doesn't work when someone has their eyes closed or is wearing sunglasses or similar.
rather than a permissions post, consider this an information post. the only things sooha will be able to read from your character are things you are explicitly divulging within your replies, so there's no infomodding going on and no worries of me accidentally revealing your character's deepest, darkest secrets.
